Our Calling

After many requests from friends for travel assistance, we launched Anchor & Explore during a sailing holiday to Greece, September 2015 with two of our close friends.

In those quiet moments of the Greek holiday, a dream came alive and we saw our passions ignite while the plan of Anchor & Explore evolved before our eyes. Mooring in a tiny village on the Greek island of Sifnos, we found ourselves beside an old friend of my brother, who shared our passions for adventure and had a business model very similar to Anchor & Explore.  This opportunity to see his business in action and to discuss his plans, enabled us to visualize and bring to life Anchor & Explore. 

While we believe that man plans his steps, but God establishes those steps and looking back, we see God’s design through the details of our plans.
